Drainage and lawn magician
"We had a building constructed on our property which disrupted drainage patterns. Additionally, the prior Contractor had issues with installing drains in concrete, and they had damaged our existing driveway. Jay and his crew transformed the soggy lawn we had before into a lush and beautiful landscape. They installed a chain wall, drains and sod to correct the erosion issues we were experiencing. CHNARO also constructed an armored ditch with deflection walls to whisk the water away from our home into the creek below. Our driveway no stays dry in the hardest rain. CHNARO'S sub-contractor R Johnson's was the best concrete wizard I ever saw. R Johnson also repaired the door to my garage which was incorrectly installed by the previous contractor. Now my garage door opens and closes easily as a door should. Jay and his crews ARE amazing, courteous, professional and proactive with quality control by identifying problems and correcting them. What a pleasure to work with!! Thank you!"

"After the construction of a shop building on our property drainage patterns were disrupted and we contacted CHNARO Landscaping. Mr. Jay and his team were instrumental in providing workable ideas and demonstrated the ability to correct the mistakes of the previous building contractor. Mr. Jay and his team were respectful, courteous, eager to work and implemented the plans exceptionally. I am impressed with their quality control, therefore identifying issues and correcting them very satisfactorily discussing the issues openly with us. CHNARO’s subcontractor for concrete is also exceptionally talented and dedicated to providing exceptional concrete features. R Johnson’s repaired our driveway which was heavily damaged from the prior contractor. It also featured sophisticated sloping, drainage and chain-walls which deflected water away from the driveway with no puddling during a rainstorm. CHNARO and R Johnson Construction are extremely gifted contractors and we will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you."

"Had a lot clearing job that needed to be finished because first guy had health and equipment issues. Jay brought in a terrific crew and the right machines within a couple days, and they went the extra mile so my lot is ready to go now. I look forward to using his company for the driveway and landscaping design after my house is built. Chnaro delivers across the board: professionalism, efficiency, top-notch customer service, all at a fair price."
